[It's Now or Never]

I'm officially a student again! I'll be taking Drawing I this summer through OTC (yay for employee tuition waivers!), then Design I and Drawing II this fall. Unfortunately, I don't qualify for any grants since it's my second bachelor's degree, and I pretty much refuse to take out loans--I know from experience how hard it can be to get a job right after getting one's degree that brings in enough income to pay for food, shelter, utilities, AND loan repayment. So if worse come to worst, I'll take a semester off if I get too pinched for money. And my wonderful parents have offered to loan me money if I do run into a tough spot, though I'm going to do everything within my power to prevent that happening. They've helped me more than enough over the years.

For once, I'm seizing the day and not second-guessing myself and my dreams. I think this video fits the mood (I love Bon Jovi... just sayin'):

Memories. :)

On another note, do any of you have empty wine bottles or old plain vases you're not using? I've got a couple craft/art projects to do that I'm hoping will bring in a little extra money at Bark in the Park on the 9th. Remember, I'm paying for school with my art, and my fees for the fall semester alone, before supplies, will be over $1500. Also, I was wondering if any of you know someplace local where I could get prints made for selling from my booth that doesn't end up costing me an arm and a leg. I'm trying to expand my options here. ;)

Okee-dokee, ladies and gents. I still have to give finals and figure up grades this week, so first things first--like a good night's sleep before tomorrow's 9:15 a.m. final. Over and out!
