[Fabuloso Whole Wheat Pancake Batter Recipe]

1 cup whole wheat flour (I usually add another tablespoon or two)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup milk and 1 tbs. lemon juice)
1 tbs. honey
3 tbs. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
1-2 tbs. of carob or cocoa powder
If you want some extra chocolate, throw in some chocolate chips. 

If I double the batter, it usually lasts me about one work week, with 2-3 (1/3 cup of batter-sized) pancakes per meal. My favorite topping is the generic for Nutella. Enjoy!

Having the whole wheat is a better choice for the pancake batter.
